A Journey in Self-Awareness & Growth
We support teen boys to become responsible, compassionate young men as they grow into adulthood.
Our new Pathways program is a transformative long-term journey in a closed container designed to guide and empower teenage boys in and around Asheville, North Carolina as they navigate the complexities and challenges of adolescence. Our supportive environment helps to foster healthy development through practical life skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness, and more, helping participants build a strong sense of self and form positive relationships.
By integrating experiential learning, group discussions, and reflective practices, Pathways equips teens with essential tools and skills to understand their emotions, foster meaningful connections, build healthy relationships, and develop a strong, positive sense of self.
Pathways is great for teens who:
- Want to find purpose, ready to connect more deeply within a small group of peers and mentors.
- Struggle to communicate with their parents about their needs, desires, frustrations (emotional, etc.).
- Want to understand how to grow into adulthood in a good way.
- Are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery.
Pathways involves participating in:
- 2 Monthly Meetings
- 1 Council Group Meeting per month (ideally the first Tuesday)
- 1 Monthly Weekend Activity per month (Sunday ~noon until 3pm or 6pm depending upon the activity)
- 2 Camping Trips
- 2 ROPAWs
- Students may be invited to a Wilderness Solo (Vision Quest) experience if ready/interested.
- & more!

Our curriculum provides a structured approach for holistic development, equipping teen boys with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive as young adults.
