Journeymen mentors are trained men who are committed to upholding our core values: accountability, compassion, confidentiality, creativity, respect, and solution-oriented thinking.
Mentoring with Journeymen means taking initiative in building strong, trusting relationships with teen boys. Mentors lead the effort — showing up consistently, listening deeply, and modeling integrity.
We follow the LAMB model. As a mentor, your role is to:

- Model integrity in your own life.
